Q1. What exactly is your Accomodation like....
Reply : It's a place for holidaymakers, owned and managed by a local Goan family. The Accomodation consists of many individual very clean, decent , good quality self contained double occupancy rooms with attached toilet,hot / cold shower, balcony, fridge, airconditioning, wardrobe, safe-locker.
Q2. Do you have cooking facility ?
Reply : Sorry ,you can't cook in here please !.
Q3. Do you have a swimming pool ?
Reply: We do not own one, but you may use the pool of a neighbouring star hotel for a small fee.
Q4. How far are you from the beach ?
Reply : The beach is only about 3 minute walk away.
Q5. Is the place quiet or noisy ?
Reply : Mostly Quiet.
Q6. How far are you from Calangute / Baga ?
Reply : About 6 Kms(10 mins drive by taxi/Bike)
Q7. Do you do food ?
Reply : No,we do breakfast only.
Q8.. I'm coming for the first time to Goa and not sure what
expect. Are your rooms clean ?
Reply: Absolutely ! They are very clean and of good quality.We make sure that your stay is comfortable.
Q9.. Do you provide cheap quality / basic rooms as well ?
Reply : No please.
Q10. Who do you recommend your Hotel to ?
Reply : We are preferred by middle aged and elderly couples /
singles(age 30 and above)who normally expect
quiet, peaceful, decent and relaxing holiday.
Youngsters in 20's do not seem too happy with
our quiet location.......we feel......maybe all they
want is loud music, big parties, entertainment etc.
Q11. What facilities do you provide in your holiday home ?
Reply :We offer the best we can for the price you
pay. We recommend that you try the Starred hotels for Facilities.
